Stress

So much to do.
Not enough time to do it.
We "over-plan".
We're too busy.
One minute, we're doing this.
The other, we're doing that.
No time for fun.
So many issues.
Not enough time to solve them.
It all builds up inside of us.
And what happens?
We stress.

Well, I say,
sit down.
Take a minute.
Take a few deep breaths.
Don't worry.
Have some fun.
Make some time for yourself.
Enjoy life while you can.
Because what happens if we don't?
We're sad,
and we stress.
